I apply therapeutic practices that are anchored in universal theories of human nature and psychological frameworks like Attachment Theory and Internal Family Systems, integrated with fundamental (Rogerian) skills proven as foundational for rendering any and all other interventions efficacious. Integrative counseling as I strive to offer it, is thus a way of supporting and guiding an individuals into and through a system of unconditional love, by foremost prioritizing a safe connection in tandem with theory & techniques from various therapeutic models. I am committed to understanding my clients and cultivating trust through a collaborative practice. Together we can explore a variety of specific interventions drawn from universal systems of healing and growth.
