How I work

Okay, that’s a constant and unfolding process daunting for me and anyone who knows me…so I’ll get more specific:

What is it that I do here?

I’d like to start broadly with describing myself as a therapist, and the way conceptualize my work and how I work with others to facilitate internal and external growth.

I see myself as an expert on fear, and more specifically the embodiment and physiological phenomenology of fear and universal manifestations of fear as present in the human system through a biological, psychological, sociological, and spiritual view of a human person. That may be annoying to read and be more or less accessible to individual views.. In writing I lean into a more academic voice, however this brings me to the matter at hand: In person, through my personal connection to another, and to a client, I seek to connect with them via a language that is perceived as “safe” to their current system. In other words, while remaining authentic I find myself everprent in a connection with a client to speak a language that they perceive safe.
